It was an early start to the day for both the VREDs and ECS 92s. ECS 92s were still 2 players short due to complications with air travel in North America, but the players arrived minutes before the game after flying all night.
Despite outshooting their HIF opponents, unfortunately, the ECS 92s fell one goal short. Josh Dangel had 2 goals, Steven Hensley had one goal and an assist and both Bryan Rust and Austin Watson chipped in for an assist each.
